Nagelanker FISCHER N 6x80/50 S — 100 stuks, model 048790

Nail anchor FISCHER N 6x80/50 S — 100 pcs is a pack of ready-to-use push-in anchors engineered for mechanical fastening in solid masonry and concrete. The compact 6 x 80/50 mm dimensions create a reliable fixpoint for fixtures, trims and light profiles where a mechanical nail anchor is preferred. Anchors are intended for installation with compatible hammer or powder-actuated tools and provide a fast anchoring method without drilling and chemical adhesives.

Advantages

The anchors are delivered pre-assembled and ready for immediate use, allowing for rapid installation and reduced preparation time. Their design ensures secure holding in solid substrates and consistent depth setting, which helps to achieve uniform fixing performance. The small diameter and short embedment depth make them suitable for constrained installation spaces and light-duty applications.

Suitable for

• Fixing trims, mouldings and light profiles to concrete or brick
• Light mechanical attachments such as cable clips and conduit brackets
• Temporary or permanent fixtures where push-in installation is required

Key specifications

• Anchor type: push-in nail anchor for mechanical fastening
• Nominal dimensions: 6 mm diameter by 80/50 mm length/usable embedment
• Material: corrosion-resistant metal components suitable for masonry and concrete
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Installation method: compatible with hammer or powder-actuated tools

How to use

Select the appropriate installation tool compatible with push-in nail anchors and verify substrate suitability (solid concrete or masonry). Position the anchor on the fixture and place it against the substrate at the desired point. Drive the nail anchor using the designated hammer tool or powder-actuated device until the head is seated and the anchor reaches its designated embedment depth. After installation, check that the fixture is secured and that adjacent anchors are aligned for even load distribution.

Recommendations

Use only on solid, load-bearing substrates such as concrete or solid brick; do not use in hollow or lightweight block materials unless specific approvals exist. Ensure tools are set and operated according to manufacturer safety instructions and local regulations. For critical loads or structural applications, consult design tables or an engineer to confirm suitability and spacing requirements.
