Netkabel Vision TC 3MUKCVLF/BL 3m BS 1363 IEC C5 zwart

The Vision TC 3MUKCVLF/BL power cable is a 3-metre mains lead with a BS 1363 plug and an IEC C5 connector, designed to supply power to compatible laptops, power adapters and small appliances. Rated for 250 V and 13 A, this black cable provides a flexible connection between standard UK mains outlets and devices requiring a three-pin cloverleaf (C5) inlet. The cable construction and connector fittings are intended to meet everyday usage needs where a reliable and safe mains connection is required.

Advantages

The cable offers a generous 3 m length that increases reach and placement options without the need for extension adapters. With BS 1363 and IEC C5 terminations it supports wide device compatibility with common laptop power bricks and small electronic equipment. The 13 A current rating and 250 V voltage rating ensure compatibility with standard UK mains supplies, while the black finish provides discreet integration into home and office setups.

Suitable for

• Powering laptops and notebook power adapters with a C5 inlet
• Connecting small printers, projectors or chargers that accept an IEC C5 connection
• Use in home offices, workplaces and meeting rooms where a longer mains lead is needed
• Replacing worn or lost mains leads for compatible devices

Key specifications

How to use

Inspect the cable for visible damage before first use and ensure connectors are free from debris. Insert the BS 1363 plug fully into a compatible UK mains socket, then connect the IEC C5 end into the device’s inlet until it seats securely. Ensure the device is switched off when connecting or disconnecting the cable. Avoid placing heavy objects on the lead or running it across sharp edges. For safety, unplug the cable from the mains before cleaning or when the cable is not in use.

Recommendations

For optimal performance and safety, use the cable only with devices that specify an IEC C5 inlet and within the 250 V / 13 A rating. Do not modify the cable or connectors. Replace the cable if the insulation is damaged, connectors are loose, or if it shows signs of overheating. Keep the lead away from liquids and heat sources, and route it to prevent trip hazards.
