Netwerk-patchkabel GOOBAY RJ45 CAT6A S/FTP (PiMF) 500 MHz met CAT7-ruwkabel, grijs, 10 m

GOOBAY RJ45 CAT6A S/FTP (PiMF) patch cable, 10 m, grey. The cable uses CAT7-grade raw conductor and supports up to 500 MHz and data rates up to 10 000 Mbit/s. It has RJ45 plugs on both ends with gold-plated contacts and an LSZH halogen-free outer sheath for reduced smoke and corrosive gas in case of fire. The cable is designed for stable, high-speed LAN connections in home and business networks and for high-resolution image transmission.

Advantages

The S/FTP (S-STP) shielding with individually foil-wrapped pairs plus an overall braid provides strong protection against electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure reliable contact and low signal loss. The use of CAT7 raw cable and support up to 500 MHz enables transmission of high-bandwidth signals, including 8K @ 60 Hz and 4K @ 120 Hz. The LSZH halogen-free sheath reduces hazard in enclosed spaces.

Suitable for

• High-speed LAN connections in offices and homes
• Server rooms, switches and routers
• Structured cabling and patch panels
• High-resolution video transmission (8K @ 60 Hz, 4K @ 120 Hz)

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Standard/category: CAT6A with CAT7 raw conductor
• Bandwidth: up to 500 MHz
• Data rate: up to 10 000 Mbit/s (10 Gbit/s)
• Shielding: S/FTP (PiMF) — overall braid + foil around each pair
• Connectors: RJ45 — gold-plated contacts on both ends
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to a network device (switch, router, network card) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the other device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the cable without excessive bending or sharp kinks and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. For structured cabling, insert into patch panels or keystone jacks following your installation layout.

Recommendations

For consistent 10 Gbit/s performance, keep individual link lengths within the recommended maximum for CAT6A cabling and avoid tight bends. Use in well-ventilated racks and choose LSZH cable where reduced smoke emission is required by building regulations.
