The TRENDnet TI-E100 Industrial Gigabit PoE+ Extender extends a single PoE or PoE+ connection an additional 100 m (328 ft.), allowing remote installation of PoE/PoE+ devices. The extender auto-detects PoE or PoE+ and provides the appropriate wattage, features one gigabit PoE+ input and one gigabit PoE+ output, and can be daisy-chained with up to two units for longer runs. How to use

Connect a PoE or PoE+ cable from your PoE power source equipment (switch or injector) to the TI-E100 gigabit PoE+ input port. Place the extender near the location where you need to continue the run and connect the output port to the remote PoE/PoE+ device. If additional distance is required, connect a second TI-E100 to the output port of the first unit to daisy-chain and extend the network further. Check LED indicators to verify link and power status.

Recommendations

Install the TI-E100 in a dry, ventilated location and use shielded Cat5e or better cabling for optimal gigabit performance. Verify that the upstream PoE source can supply sufficient power for the connected device, especially when daisy-chaining extenders.
