Netwerkkabel DeLOCK 80574 RJ-45 Cat8.1 5 m zwart

The DeLOCK 80574 networking cable is a 5 m Cat8.1 cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It features S/FTP shielding and is designed for high-speed Ethernet connections up to 40GBASE-T, supporting data rates up to 40 Gbps at frequencies up to 2 GHz. The cable comes in black and is intended for reliable, high-performance network links.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for more stable signal transmission. Cat8.1 specification and RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard Ethernet ports while supporting very high transfer rates. The 5 m length provides flexibility for typical office and data-center cable runs, and the black jacket offers a discreet appearance.

Suitable for

• 40GBASE-T Ethernet links
• High-speed switches and routers
• Server-to-switch connections in data centers
• Workstation and NAS connections requiring high bandwidth

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat8.1
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Maximum data rate: up to 40 Gbps (40000 Mbit/s)
• Frequency: up to 2 GHz
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into compatible Ethernet ports on network devices such as switches, routers, servers or network interface cards. Ensure connectors click fully into place to secure the connection. Use within the specified 5 m length for optimal performance and avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best results in 40GBASE-T environments, use certified Cat8.1 ports and maintain recommended routing practices in racks and cable trays to minimise interference. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines.
