ACT Paars 7,00 meter SFTP CAT6A patchkabel snagless met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Purple 7.00 meter SFTP CAT6A patch cable is a shielded network cable designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed data transmission over longer distances within premises. The cable uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance. The snagless molded boot protects the connector clip from damage during installation and removal, while the 7.00 m length provides flexibility for connecting devices across home or office spaces.

Advantages

The shielded SFTP construction offers improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, supporting stable high-speed connections. The snagless design prevents accidental clip breakage and eases cable routing through tight spaces. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts enhance conductivity and reduce the risk of signal loss over time. The CAT6A specification supports frequencies up to 500 MHz and is suitable for 10GBASE-T applications within typical cable length limits.

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to the Ethernet port of your network device (switch, router, patch panel or network interface card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure the cable is plugged firmly until the clip engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong interference; maintain recommended bend radius for structured cabling. For installations where shielding continuity is required, ensure connectors and patch panels provide appropriate grounding.
