Netwerkkabel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 UTP 5 m zwart

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6 UTP network cable in black with a length of 5 m provides a compact solution for wired connections between networking devices such as a NIC, switch or patch panel. Classified as Cat.6 and supporting data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s, it features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors and an unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) design. The cable's ultra slim profile reduces bulk and improves cable routing in confined spaces.

Advantages

The ultra slim patch cable has a reduced diameter for increased flexibility and easier routing in network cabinets and behind furniture. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance. The Cat.6 specification supports gigabit Ethernet speeds, and the lightweight construction simplifies handling and installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch or router
• Linking patch panels to switches in rack or cabinet environments
• Cabling where space is limited or where neat cable management is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 (UTP)
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated
• Colour: Black
• Data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on the devices to be connected until the latch clicks. Route the ultra slim cable through cable management channels or behind equipment to minimize visible cabling. Avoid sharp bends with a radius smaller than the cable's flexibility to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use the cable for indoor installations and avoid exposure to moisture or excessive mechanical stress. Keep bend radius moderate and maintain separation from strong electromagnetic sources where possible to minimise interference.
