Netwerkkabel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A S/FTP slank 90° naar beneden haaks / recht 0,5 m zwart

This network cable by DELOCK is a Cat.6A S/FTP slim patch cable with a length of 0.5 m and black jacket, designed for connecting networking devices such as a NIC to a switch or a patch panel. It combines S/FTP shielding for reduced electromagnetic interference with a small cable diameter for flexible, space-saving routing in cabinets and behind equipment.

Advantages

The angled 90° downwards connector permits installation in confined spaces and reduces strain on the connector. The slim cable construction minimises cable bulk and allows denser cable runs in network cabinets. S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against external interference for reliable high-speed data transmission.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch
• Patch panel connections in server or network cabinets
• Installations behind appliances or in shallow racks where space is limited

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 (one 90° downwards angled, one straight)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Align the RJ-45 plug with the device socket and insert until the latch clicks into place. Use the 90° downwards angled end where vertical clearance is limited to route the cable close to the device housing. Avoid sharp bends with radius smaller than the cable diameter and do not stretch the cable; ensure connectors are fully seated before powering equipment.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6A S/FTP cable for gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections over short runs, and keep cable runs separated from strong power sources to minimise interference.
