Netwerkkabel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A stekker naar stekker S/FTP 0,5 m zwart

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.6A network cable (0.5 m) is a shielded S/FTP patch cable with RJ-45 male connectors on both ends, designed for industrial and outdoor applications. The cable supports high-speed data transmission and conforms to Cat.6A performance, with construction that increases resistance to UV, moisture, temperature extremes and corrosion while offering enhanced bending strength.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for stable connections. Short 0.5 m length minimises signal loss in patching scenarios. The jacket and materials are formulated for outdoor and industrial use, providing improved resistance to UV radiation, cold, heat, moisture and corrosion without compromising flexibility.

Suitable for

• Connecting a network interface card (NIC) to a switch or patch panel
• Short patch or equipment interconnects in server rooms and network racks
• Outdoor or industrial environments where increased environmental resistance is required

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 80247
• EAN: 4043619802470
• Cable type: S/FTP (shielded, foil over pairs and overall braid)
• Category: Cat.6A (supports high-speed ethernet)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 male to RJ-45 male
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports of the devices to be connected, for example a NIC and a switch or a patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a reliable electrical and mechanical connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and protect it from mechanical damage in industrial installations.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short interconnects where environmental resistance is needed. For permanent outdoor runs, verify local installation standards and consider additional mechanical protection or conduit if exposed to sustained UV or physical stress.
