Netwerkkabel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.8.1 90° naar boven afgewinkeld / recht 5 m zwart

This network cable by DeLOCK is designed for high-speed Ethernet connections and supports 40GBASE-T applications with a frequency of 2 GHz and data transfer speeds up to 40 Gbps. The cable has a length of 5 m, S/FTP shielding for reduced interference, and comes in black. One connector is a 90° upwards angled RJ45 plug for space-saving routing, the other is a straight RJ45 plug.

Advantages

The Cat.8.1 construction with S/FTP shielding improves signal integrity and reduces crosstalk, enabling stable data rates up to 40 Gbps. The 90° upwards angled RJ45 connector allows installation in confined spaces behind devices or inside network cabinets without stressing the cable or connector. A 5 m length provides flexibility for typical rack- and office-layouts while the black jacket offers a discreet, professional appearance.

Suitable for

• 40GBASE-T Ethernet links
• High-speed server and switch connections
• Patch cabling in network cabinets and racks with limited rear space
• Workstation or AV equipment connections where upward-angled exit is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Category: Cat.8.1
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Maximum data rate: 40 Gbps (40000 Mbit/s)
• Frequency: 2 GHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 (90° upwards angled / straight)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect the straight RJ45 plug to the network device or patch panel port and route the cable so the 90° upwards angled connector fits into tight rear spaces or behind equipment. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched; avoid sharp bends near the connector and maintain the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius. For installation in racks, guide the cable to avoid kinks and secure it with appropriate cable management ties or channels.

Recommendations

Use this DeLOCK Cat.8.1 cable for short runs requiring very high throughput; avoid prolonged mechanical stress on the angled connector and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources despite the S/FTP shielding for optimum performance.
