Netwerkkabel DeLOCK RJ45 Cat.8.1 F/FTP slank Pro 5m zwart

This network cable by Delock is designed for 40GBASE-T Ethernet and supports frequencies up to 2 GHz with data transfer rates up to 40 Gbps. The slim Pro design and F/FTP shielding provide a compact, shielded connection suitable for high-speed network environments. The cable is 5 m long, has RJ45 connectors on both ends and comes in black.

Advantages

The slim patch cable has a reduced diameter for space-saving and flexible installation in network cabinets and congested cable runs. F/FTP shielding helps reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while gold-plated RJ45 contacts ensure reliable connectivity. The flexible jacket material increases resistance to bending and mechanical strain.

Suitable for

• 40GBASE-T Ethernet links
• High-speed server and switch connections
• Data centers and rack-mounted network equipment
• Environments with limited cable space or dense cabling

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.8.1 (F/FTP)
• Maximum data rate: up to 40 Gbps
• Frequency: up to 2 GHz
• Length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 (gold-plated contacts)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to your network device (switch, router, server) and the other RJ45 connector to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Route the slim cable through cable management paths or between rack components, avoiding sharp bends that could exceed the cable's minimum bend radius.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for short to medium runs within racks or between adjacent racks and avoid exposure to strong electromagnetic sources. Verify that connected network equipment supports 40GBASE-T to achieve the maximum data rate.
