Netwerkkabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP patchkabel RJ-45 7,5m groen

The equip® Cat.6 S/FTP Patch Cord is a 7.5 m green network cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks. Manufactured from quality materials and tested to industry standards, this Cat.6 S/FTP cable provides higher bandwidth and improved signal-to-noise margin for reliable data transmission up to 1000 Mbit/s in demanding environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting stable high-speed connections. The RJ-45 terminations and Cat.6 specification ensure compatibility with Gigabit Ethernet equipment while the 7.5 m length offers flexibility for desktop and rack connections. The green jacket makes cable routing and identification easier in multi-cable installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktops, switches and routers in office networks
• Patch panels and rack-mounted equipment
• Home networks requiring Gigabit Ethernet performance
• Environments where reduced interference is needed

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For structured cabling, label both ends if required and secure the cable with appropriate ties or cable management accessories.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6 S/FTP patch cable for Gigabit Ethernet links up to 7.5 m; avoid stretching the cable and maintain bend radius consistent with Cat.6 standards to preserve performance.
