Netwerkkabel Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 50m blauw

The Network Cable Equip Cat.6 S/FTP RJ-45 50m Blue is a 50-meter Category 6 patch cable designed for structured cabling and network connections. It uses S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to provide stable, high-bandwidth data transmission for demanding network environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal-to-noise margin. As a Cat.6 cable, it supports higher bandwidth and lower error rates compared with earlier cable categories. The 50 m length offers flexibility for longer runs, and the RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard network equipment. The blue outer jacket simplifies identification in installations.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in offices and data closets
• Structured cabling for switches, routers and patch panels
• High-bandwidth applications such as VoIP, video streaming and file transfer

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 (S/FTP)
• Length: 50 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Colour: Blue
• Brand: EQUIP, MPN: 615537, EAN: 4015867234648
• Weight: 1.2606 kg

How to use

Route the cable between network devices ensuring minimal sharp bends and avoiding sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Terminate both ends into RJ-45 ports on devices such as switches, routers or network interface cards. For permanent installations use appropriate cable management and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep cable runs within recommended distances for Cat.6 networks and avoid running parallel to power lines; test links after installation with a network cable tester to verify signal integrity.
