Netwerkkabel Goobay CAT 8.1 patchkabel RJ-45 Cat8.1 3m wit

The Goobay CAT 8.1 Patch Cord RJ-45 Cat8.1 3m in white is a 3 m network cable designed for high-speed data transmission. It features AWG 24, 99.9% oxygen‑free copper (OFC) conductors and an LSZH (halogen‑free) jacket. The cable uses S/FTP shielding and gold‑plated RJ‑45 connectors to ensure stable connections and reduced interference, suitable for demanding applications including gaming, streaming and high-resolution video transmission such as 8K @ 60 Hz and 4K @ 120 Hz.

Advantages

The cable offers high signal integrity thanks to 99.9% OFC conductors and AWG 24 wiring, combined with S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference. Gold‑plated RJ‑45 plugs provide reliable contact and corrosion resistance, while the LSZH sheath reduces toxic gas emissions in case of fire. With Cat 8.1 specification and 10GBase‑T compatibility, the cable supports very high data rates for home and professional networks.

Suitable for

• High-speed home and office networks
• Gaming and live streaming setups
• High-resolution video transmission (8K @ 60 Hz, 4K @ 120 Hz)
• Connections requiring low electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Conductor: 99.9% oxygen‑free copper (OFC), AWG 24
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Jacket: LSZH (halogen‑free)
• Connectors: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45, gold‑plated
• Cabling technology: 10GBase‑T, Cat 8.1

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 plug to your router, switch or modem and the other to your computer, console or network device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure link. For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large motors or unshielded mains cables.

Recommendations

Use this Cat 8.1 patch cord for short to medium runs where ultra‑high bandwidth and low interference are required; for longer runs, verify equipment specifications and consider structured cabling standards to maintain performance.
