Netwerkkabel Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 7,5 m

The Helos Cat 6a S/FTP 7.5 m networking cable is a 7.5-metre black Ethernet cable designed for reliable wired connections in home and office environments. Constructed with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair) shielding and fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this Cat 6a cable supports high-speed data transfer while reducing electromagnetic interference. The cable's length and standard connectors make it compatible with routers, switches, network cards and other Ethernet-enabled devices.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding provides enhanced protection against external interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity for high-bandwidth transmissions. As a Cat 6a cable, it is suitable for demanding network tasks that require stable gigabit or multi-gigabit performance. The integrated RJ-45 connectors enable plug-and-play installation without additional adapters, and the black outer jacket offers a low-profile appearance that fits professional and residential setups.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between routers, switches and computers
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers
• Office network infrastructure and home networking
• Connecting networked devices requiring shielded cable to reduce interference

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (screened with foil around twisted pairs)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the Ethernet port of a router, switch or modem and the other connector to the network port of a computer, NAS, gaming console or other Ethernet-capable device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and places with strong electromagnetic sources to maintain optimal signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it away from large power transformers or unshielded power wiring. Verify network settings and test link speed after installation to confirm expected throughput. Use cable management solutions to reduce physical strain and maintain a tidy installation.
