Netwerkkabel Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 7,5m

The Networking Cable Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 7.5m is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for gigabit networks and high-speed data transmission. With an overall SF/UTP (S/FTP) shielding structure and individually shielded pairs, the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity across distances up to 7.5 meters. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and finished in black, this cable supports standard copper twisted-pair installations in home, office, and small data environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction with foil and braided shielding around the full cable and foil shielding around each pair enhances noise rejection in electrically noisy environments. Support for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) ensures compatibility with common network equipment and enables reliable gigabit throughput when connected to compatible devices. The 7.5 m length offers flexibility for moderate span connections without excessive slack, and the RJ-45 terminations provide broad device compatibility.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and networked PCs within offices or homes
• Wired connections for gaming consoles, smart TVs and media players
• Patch runs between patch panels and wall outlets in small network racks
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil, individual pair foil)
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper
• Product colour: Black

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch, or modem and the other connector into the Ethernet port of your computer, printer, or networked device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a secure connection. For patching in rack environments, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep the cable run away from strong power sources to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable for horizontal patching and short backbone runs within the specified 7.5 m length. Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force during installation. When deploying in environments with significant electrical noise, ensure proper grounding of connected equipment to complement the cable's shielding.
