Netwerkkabel Helos LWL 19 inch lasbox 24 x LC Duplex OM4 voorgemonteerd zwart

The Network Cable Helos LWL 19" Splice Box 24 x LC Duplex OM4 pre-assembled black is a 19-inch fiber optic splice box equipped with 24 LC Duplex OM4 connections and delivered pre-assembled in a black housing. It provides a compact, rack-mountable solution for organizing and protecting fiber splices and patching points in network racks and cabinets. The OM4-rated LC Duplex connectors support multi-mode high-speed data transmission and are arranged to simplify routing and cable management.

Advantages

The pre-assembled design reduces installation time and minimizes handling of individual connectors. OM4 multimode connectors offer higher bandwidth over short distances compared with lower OM grades, supporting demanding local area network and data center applications. The 19" form factor is compatible with standard rack systems, enabling tidy integration into existing infrastructure while protecting splice points from dust and mechanical strain.

Suitable for

• Rack-mounted fiber distribution in server rooms and data centers
• Telecommunications and networking closets
• Pre-terminated fiber installations requiring organized splice management
• High-speed multimode links within campus and enterprise networks

Key specifications

• Rack size: 19-inch compatible
• Connector type: LC Duplex
• Number of connections: 24 LC duplex positions
• Fiber grade: OM4 multimode
• Color: black
• Delivery: pre-assembled unit
• Function: splice box for fiber termination and protection

How to use

Install the splice box into a standard 19" rack or cabinet using appropriate mounting hardware. Route incoming and outgoing fiber cables into the unit through the provided cable entry points, secure fibers to strain-relief anchors, and perform fusion or mechanical splicing as required. Connect patch cords to the 24 LC Duplex OM4 ports for operational links. Ensure that fibers are routed without sharp bends and that protective covers are in place to prevent contamination.

Recommendations

Perform fiber cleaning and inspection before making connections, follow manufacturer guidance for fusion splicing and cable strain relief, and maintain bend radii appropriate for OM4 multimode fibers to preserve signal integrity.
