Netwerkkabel Lanberg LCU6-10CC-0305-O U/UTP 305 m oranje

The Lanberg LCU6-10CC-0305-O U/UTP networking cable is a 305-meter bulk cable designed for structured cabling and Ethernet installations. With U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair) construction it supports data transmission at speeds up to 1000 Mbit/s. The cable’s orange jacket improves visibility in cable runs, helping with identification and maintenance in patch rooms, racks, and conduits.

Advantages

The U/UTP design delivers consistent performance for gigabit Ethernet applications while keeping electromagnetic interference mitigation reliant on proper installation and environment. A 305 m spool length reduces the number of joins and minimizes on-site cable splicing. The bright orange outer sheath aids installers by clearly distinguishing this cable from others in multi-cable bundles and infrastructure pathways.

How to use

Measure required run lengths and cut appropriate cable sections from the 305 m spool. Terminate the cable with compatible RJ45 connectors or punch down to keystone jacks and patch panels according to T568A or T568B wiring standards used in your installation. Maintain correct cable bend radius and avoid tight coils; follow standard practices for separation from sources of electromagnetic interference when possible. Use cable management accessories to secure runs and label both ends for easy identification.

Recommendations

For optimal gigabit performance, use high-quality connectors and adhere to the recommended installation practices for U/UTP cabling. In environments with significant EMI, consider shielded alternatives or route the cable away from high-interference equipment. The orange jacket is useful for color-coding circuits or denoting special-purpose networks.
