Netwerkkabel LANBERG PCF8-10CU-0150-S Cat8.1 S/FTP (S-STP) RJ-45 naar RJ-45 grijs 1,5 m

LANBERG PCF8-10CU-0150-S is a 1.5 m Cat8.1 Ethernet patch cable with RJ‑45 plugs on both ends and a grey jacket. The cable features S/FTP (braid plus foil on each pair) shielding, 26AWG conductors (7 x 0.16 mm) and an outer diameter of approximately 6.0 mm ± 0.2 mm. It supports data rates up to 40,000 Mbit/s and is intended for environments that require minimal electromagnetic interference and reliable high-speed connections.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity in dense cabling environments. Cat8.1 specification and RJ‑45 termination provide compatibility with existing Ethernet equipment while enabling high bandwidth performance. The 26AWG stranded conductors balance flexibility and transmission quality, and the grey jacket simplifies cable identification.

How to use

Plug the RJ‑45 connector at each end into the corresponding Ethernet ports on devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or network interfaces. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and excessive strain on the cable; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for structured cabling to preserve performance.

Recommendations

Use this LANBERG Cat8.1 S/FTP cable for short runs where maximum bandwidth and low interference are required; avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines to minimise potential interference and follow standard cable management practices.
