Netwerkkabel LANBERG PCU6-10CC-0200-S Cat6 U/UTP RJ-45 2 m grijs

LANBERG PCU6-10CC-0200-S Cat6 U/UTP RJ-45 2 m Grey is a 2 metre Ethernet patch cable designed for structured cabling in home and office networks. The cable follows Category 6 performance parameters and is fitted with RJ-45 plugs on both ends, providing reliable connections to routers, switches, patch panels and network ports. The U/UTP shielding reduces susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference while maintaining compatibility with standard Ethernet equipment. The neutral grey jacket enables discreet installation in visible areas.

Advantages

This Cat6 U/UTP cable supports higher frequency transmission than Cat5e cabling and is suitable for gigabit Ethernet environments. The RJ-45 connectors ensure straightforward plug-and-play installation without special tools for basic setup. The U/UTP (unshielded pairs within an overall unshielded jacket) construction offers a balance between interference reduction and flexibility for routing through conduits and cable trays. The 2 m length provides a compact solution for short links between desktop devices and nearby network equipment.

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding type: U/UTP (overall unshielded jacket, unshielded twisted pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Grey
• Application: Ethernet networking up to gigabit speeds

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your device and the other plug to the corresponding port on the router, switch or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure a reliable electrical contact. For optimal signal integrity, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable run; maintain manufacturer-recommended bend radius where possible. Confirm link status via device LEDs or operating system network indicators after connection.
