Netwerkkabel Lanberg PCU6-10CU-0200-BK Cat6 U/UTP RJ-45 recht 2 m zwart

The Lanberg PCU6-10CU-0200-BK Cat6 U/UTP RJ-45 straight-through 2 m black is a shield-free Category 6 network cable designed for wired Ethernet connections. With RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a 2 m black PVC jacket, this cable provides a balanced combination of length and flexibility for home and office installations. It supports data transfer rates appropriate for gigabit networks and offers consistent signal transmission over short to medium cable runs.

Advantages

This Cat6 U/UTP cable delivers stable wired connections with reduced interference in typical indoor environments thanks to its U/UTP design. The pre-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure easy plug-and-play installation with switches, routers, network cards and other Ethernet equipment. The 2 m length is suitable for desktop setups, wall outlets and short patch runs, while the black outer jacket gives a discreet, professional appearance and resists everyday handling.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops and printers to a network switch or router
• Patching between wall outlets and network equipment in offices or homes
• Short-run connections inside server cabinets or communication closets
• Wired connections for streaming devices, IP cameras and VoIP phones

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6 (U/UTP, unshielded)
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends, straight-through wiring
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 1250 Mbit/s
• Jacket colour and material: black PVC outer jacket
• Suitable transmission environment: indoor LAN and structured cabling short to medium runs

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the Ethernet ports of devices or network equipment until they click into place. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and protect it from sharp edges or heat sources. For patching, use the 2 m length to connect desktops to wall jacks or switches; for equipment in racks, ensure proper cable management to maintain airflow and serviceability. To detach, depress the connector clip and pull the plug straight out.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel to power lines or near large electric motors. Use the Lanberg Cat6 cable for gigabit Ethernet and standard LAN applications; for environments with strong electromagnetic interference or for outdoor installations, consider shielded or specially rated cables.
