Netwerkkabel Lindy 5m Cat.6 RJ-45 U/UTP zwart

Network Cable Lindy 5m Cat.6 RJ-45 U/UTP Black is a 5-metre Cat6 Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, designed for data transmission at operating frequencies up to 250 MHz. The unshielded U/UTP design meets ISO/IEC 11801 specifications and supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T) thanks to optimized electrophysical parameters. The cable is finished in black and supplied individually in a polybag.

Advantages

The cable supports bandwidths up to 250 MHz and is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet. Gold-plated contacts provide corrosion-resistant connections, while a snagless strain-relief design protects the connector latch during installation and removal. Manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 standards, the product offers predictable performance for structured cabling installations.

Suitable for

• Home networking and office LAN connections
• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked devices
• Gigabit Ethernet links (10/100/1000Base-T)

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.6 U/UTP
• Length: 5 m
• Operating frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Colour: Black
• Standards: manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801

How to use

Insert RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on devices such as computers, switches or routers until the latch clicks into place. Ensure the cable run avoids sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance. The snagless strain relief helps protect the connector when plugging and unplugging.

Recommendations

For stable Gigabit performance, keep cable runs within recommended maximum lengths for horizontal cabling and avoid routing the cable alongside high-voltage power lines or large motors. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and replace the cable if any insulation or contact damage is visible.
