Netwerkkabel Lindy Cat.6 SSTP S/FTP PIMF Premium 0,3m blauw

The Lindy Cat.6 SSTP S/FTP PIMF Premium 0.3m Blue is a short network patch cable designed for Gigabit Ethernet connections and AV extension applications. It is a shielded Cat.6 cable constructed for operating frequencies up to 250 MHz, manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801. The cable has a halogen-free (LSZH) outer sheath and comes individually packaged in a polybag.

Advantages

The S/FTP (SSTP) design combines an overall braided shield with foil shielding for each twisted pair, reducing electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts provide corrosion-resistant, reliable connections over time. A snagless strain-relief moulding protects the connector latch during installation and removal, and the LSZH sheath minimizes smoke and toxic emissions, making the cable suitable for use in public and enclosed spaces.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet (1GBase-T) connections
• Short patch connections between network devices (0.3 m)
• AV extension and professional network patching

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6 (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil per pair)
• Bandwidth / Frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Length: 0.3 m
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Blue
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to your network device (switch, router, NIC, or AV equipment) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure the connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks; the snagless design protects the latch during insertion and removal. Use this 0.3 m cable for short-distance patching within racks, on desktops, or between closely located devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force on the cable. Maintain recommended bend radius for Cat.6 cables, and place shielded cables away from strong electromagnetic sources when possible. The LSZH sheath is appropriate for public or confined spaces where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required.
