ACT zwart 7 meter S/FTP CAT7 PUR flex-patchkabel rastnasenvrij met RJ45-stekkers (CAT6A-conform)

The ACT Black 7 meters S/FTP CAT7 PUR flex patch cable features a polyurethane jacket and snagless RJ45 connectors. It is built for demanding indoor and outdoor environments, offering oil and UV resistance and maintained flexibility across a wide range of weather conditions. The cable uses full copper 24 AWG conductors that meet CAT7 specifications, supports PoE+ (30W) applications, and includes 50µ gold-plated RJ45 contacts complying with CAT6A contact requirements. All PUR flex patch cables conform to ISO/IEC 11801-2.

Advantages

The PUR jacket provides enhanced durability against oils, UV exposure and mechanical wear while keeping the cable flexible in varying temperatures. S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable high-speed data transmission. Gold-plated 50µ contacts ensure reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. Snagless RJ45 connectors protect the plug latch during installation and routing.

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to a network switch, router or patch panel and the other plug to the target device. Route the cable avoiding sharp edges and excessive bending; the snagless design helps prevent damage to the latch when pulling through conduits or cable trays. The cable supports typical Ethernet installation practices and is suitable for both patching and fixed cabling where a flexible, durable cable is required.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid continuous exposure to chemicals or direct mechanical abrasion. When installing outdoors, protect connector ends from prolonged water ingress and extreme mechanical stress. Use within the specified PoE+ power limits to prevent overheating.
