Netwerkkabel LogiLink 3m RJ-45 Cat6 U/UTP geel

The LogiLink 3m RJ-45 Cat6 U/UTP networking cable (yellow) is a 3-metre patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, built for Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed data transmission. It uses unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) construction with AWG 24/7 conductors made of copper-clad aluminium and a flexible PVC jacket. The cable conforms to TIA/EIA-568-B standards and is suitable for structured cabling in home and office networks where clear identification and robust, everyday connections are required.

Advantages

The cable provides reliable signal transmission for Cat6 networks while remaining flexible for easy routing in racks and cable ducts. Its bright yellow jacket improves visibility for quick identification among multiple cables. Using AWG 24/7 copper-clad aluminium conductors balances conductivity and cost, and the U/UTP design reduces crosstalk in typical installation environments. RJ-45 terminations on both ends allow plug-and-play connectivity with network devices and switches.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, routers, switches and network devices at Gigabit speeds
• Home and small office structured cabling
• Patch panels and wall ports in network racks
• Temporary setups and relocation where colour-coded cabling is helpful

Key specifications

• Standard: TIA/EIA-568-B
• Cable type: Cat6 U/UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair)
• Conductor: AWG 24/7 copper-clad aluminium
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Jacket: Flexible PVC
• Colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.09 kg

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your computer, switch or router and the other connector into the corresponding port on the opposite device or patch panel. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension to preserve conductor integrity. For installation in racks or conduits, secure the cable with appropriate ties or clips without compressing the jacket.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6 U/UTP cable within typical office environments and avoid proximity to strong sources of electromagnetic interference. Replace the cable if the jacket or connectors are damaged. For permanent installations requiring additional protection or lower interference, consider shielded cable variants.
