ACT Elfenbein 0,25 meter LSZH SFTP CAT6A patchkabel met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Ivory 0.25m LSZH SFTP CAT6A RJ45 patch cable is a short, high-performance Ethernet cable designed for reliable network connections in confined spaces. It features RJ45 connectors, S/FTP shielding and a CAT6A specification to support high-speed data transmission. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces the release of toxic and corrosive gases in case of fire, making it suitable for indoor installations where ventilation is limited.

Advantages

The cable offers full CAT6A performance in a compact 0.25 m length with factory-terminated RJ45 plugs and braided plus foil S/FTP shielding to minimize electromagnetic interference. The LSZH jacket provides reduced smoke and no halogen emissions compared with PVC, increasing safety in enclosed or poorly ventilated environments. Its ivory colour supports discreet installation in light-coloured cabinets and equipment.

Suitable for

• Short patching between network equipment in data centers and server racks
• Connections in home offices and living-room network setups
• Use in vehicles, trains, aircraft cabins or other poorly ventilated indoor spaces

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the network port of an endpoint or switch and the other into the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Use cable management clips or short cable ties to keep the 0.25 m patch lead tidy and avoid sharp bends that could stress the connectors or the cable shielding.

Recommendations

Use this short LSZH S/FTP CAT6A patch cable for internal, short-range connections where reduced smoke and halogen-free materials are required. Avoid outdoor exposure and prolonged bending beyond the cable's minimum bend radius to maintain performance and longevity.
