Netwerkkabel LOGON SSTP Cat6a RJ-45 RJ-45 10 m rood

LOGON SSTP Cat6a RJ-45 to RJ-45 networking cable, 10 m, red, designed for high-speed wired connections in home and office networks. The cable conforms to Cat6a standards for up to 10 Gbps operation and includes SSTP shielding—foil plus full braid—around four twisted pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference. Both ends are fitted with shielded RJ45 male connectors and boots with kink protection and strain relief; the wiring follows EIA/TIA 568B (1:1) pinout.

Advantages

The SSTP (foil and braid) construction provides improved protection against external noise compared with unshielded cables. AWG 26/7 twisted pairs and Cat6a specification support higher bandwidth and stable 10 Gbps connections over short to moderate distances. Molded boots with strain relief increase connector durability and help prevent cable damage at the plug. The red color allows easy identification in cabling installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gbps Ethernet connections in LANs
• Server rooms and network closets requiring shielded cabling
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers
• Home and office wired networks where cable identification is helpful

Key specifications

• Cable type: SSTP Cat6a (shielded foil + braid)
• Conductor: 4 x 2 x AWG 26/7 twisted pairs
• Impedance: 100 Ohm
• Connectors: 2 x shielded RJ45 male
• Pinout: 1:1 EIA/TIA 568B
• Length: 10 m
• Colour: Red

How to use

Connect one RJ45 end to a network switch, router, or network interface and the other end to a PC, server, or network device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks and avoid sharp bends near the boots to maintain signal integrity. Use shielded ports or properly grounded panels when installing shielded cabling to preserve the benefits of SSTP construction.

Recommendations

For optimal 10 Gbps performance, keep cable runs within recommended Cat6a distances and avoid running the cable in close parallel with high-voltage power lines. When deploying in racks or conduits, maintain proper grounding for shielded connectors and avoid excessive pulling force on the cable to protect the AWG 26/7 conductors.
