Netwerkkabel LOGON TCR6ASS070B RJ-45 Cat6a 7 m blauw

LOGON TCR6ASS070B is a 7 m Cat6a networking cable with S/FTP (shielded foil over twisted pairs with overall braid) construction and RJ-45 gold-plated connectors. The cable supports high-speed data transmission and provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference, suitable for structured network installations where Cat6a performance is required. The product comes in blue and is supplied as a crossover cable.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external interference, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance. A 7 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices across moderate distances, and Cat6a specification supports higher bandwidths and future-proofing compared with lower-category cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and network devices within office or home LANs
• Structured cabling where Cat6a performance and shielding are required
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference
• Temporary or permanent crossover connections between compatible devices

How to use

Inspect connectors and cable sheath for damage before installation. Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on devices (switch, router, PC or other network equipment). Ensure ports support crossover connections if directly connecting two similar devices; otherwise, use a switch or a straight-through cable as required. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, mechanical stress and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results maintain bend radius recommended by manufacturer (avoid tight kinks), keep cable away from high-voltage lines and unshielded power cables, and use proper cable management to prevent strain on connectors. Verify network hardware compatibility with Cat6a for full performance.
