Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 75511-O S/FTP PIMF halogeenvrij 1,0 m

ShiverPeaks 75511-O is a 1.0 m S/FTP PIMF halogen-free network patch cable designed for reliable data transmission in structured cabling. The cable features an overall screened foil (S/FTP) and pair individually shielded with metallized foil (PIMF), reducing electromagnetic interference and supporting stable connections for short links and patching in offices, data centres and home networks. The orange halogen-free jacket provides low smoke and low-toxicity characteristics suitable for installations where reduced emissions are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP PIMF design ensures improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables. A halogen-free outer jacket reduces harmful emissions in case of fire. The 1.0 m length is convenient for patch panels and short interconnects, while the cable construction supports consistent signal quality for high-speed network applications.

Suitable for

• Patching between switches and patch panels in rack installations
• Short horizontal links in office structured cabling
• Connections in data centres and server rooms
• Home network wiring where halogen-free cabling is preferred

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network device or patch panel port and the other plug to the target device or switch. Ensure connectors are fully seated and secured in the ports. Use the cable for short interconnects and patching; avoid excessive bending, crushing or tensioning and maintain the recommended bend radius to preserve performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and power cabling; maintain proper bend radius and avoid tight cable ties. Use in installations where halogen-free materials are required by safety regulations or where reduced smoke and toxic emissions are desired.
