Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 75512-W-SET5 Cat7 S/FTP RJ45-RJ45 2m wit

The ShiverPeaks 75512-W-SET5 Cat7 S/FTP RJ45-RJ45 2m White is a 2-meter Ethernet patch cable designed for wired network connections that require high data rates and reliable shielding. Built to Cat7 specifications with S/FTP (screened foil twisted pairs) construction and gold-plated RJ45 connectors, this cable provides improved noise suppression and stable signal transfer for modern home and office networks. Its white jacket offers a neutral, unobtrusive appearance for visible cable runs.

Advantages

The S/FTP design minimizes crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, supporting consistent throughput in environments with multiple electronic devices. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts enhance conductivity and resist corrosion for a durable connection. The 2 m length balances reach and cable management, allowing straightforward connections between switches, routers, patch panels, and end devices without excess slack.

Suitable for

• Wired gigabit and multi-gigabit Ethernet connections in homes and small offices
• Connecting routers, switches, NAS units and desktop computers
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference where shielded cable is preferred
• Visible cable installations where a white jacket is desired for aesthetic reasons

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7 cable with S/FTP (overall braid + individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 2 meters
• Color: White outer jacket
• Use: Ethernet networking for high-speed data transmission

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into the Ethernet port of your network device (router, switch, NAS or computer) and the other connector into the corresponding port of the other device or patch panel. Ensure connectors click securely into place to confirm a proper physical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges, or heavy compression that could damage the internal pairs or shielding. For best performance, keep the cable run separated from power cables and major sources of interference.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable when you require enhanced shielding and reliable high-speed links. Periodically inspect connectors for debris and replace the cable if the jacket or connector shows physical damage. For permanent installations, verify compatibility with existing network hardware and follow structured cabling practices for patch panels and racks.
