Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 75525-SLG CAT 7 U/FTP platte RJ45-patchkabel

ShiverPeaks 75525-SLG CAT 7 U/FTP flat RJ45 patch cable is a shielded Ethernet cable engineered for high-performance network connections. The cable features individually foil-shielded twisted pairs (U/FTP) to minimize crosstalk and electromagnetic interference, and it meets CAT 7 performance characteristics for reliable gigabit and higher-speed data transmission. The flat profile reduces bulk and allows neat installation under carpets, along skirting boards, or through tight conduits while maintaining a consistent shielded connection to an RJ45 plug.

Advantages

The individually shielded pairs provide improved noise immunity compared with unshielded cables, which supports stable signal quality in environments with electrical interference. The flat design simplifies routing in confined spaces and reduces strain where bends and turns are frequent. Constructed for network continuity, the cable supports high-frequency performance and consistent impedance for reduced packet loss and fewer retransmissions.

Suitable for

• Home networks requiring shielded Ethernet connectivity
• Office workstations and VoIP installations
• Structured cabling runs under carpets or along walls
• Environments with nearby electrical equipment or potential interference

Key specifications

• Category: CAT 7 performance class suitable for gigabit and higher-speed Ethernet
• Shielding: U/FTP — individually foil-shielded twisted pairs with overall cable foil
• Connector type: RJ45 plug on both ends for standard network ports
• Profile: flat cable construction for low-profile installation
• Length: 15.0 m
• Color: green

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to your network device (router, switch, PC, or modem) and the other plug to the target port. Route the flat cable along the chosen path, keeping the cable untwisted and avoiding tight kinks to preserve shielding and impedance. For best performance, avoid running the cable parallel and in close proximity to high-voltage mains wiring; if crossing is necessary, do so at a right angle.

Recommendations

Use the cable in shielded or mixed environments where reduced interference is required. Ensure connectors are fully seated and inspect the cable for visible damage before installation. For permanent structured installations, secure the cable with low-pressure clips to avoid deforming the flat profile.
