Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks 75720-AS CAT 6A S/FTP PIMF – afgeschermde ethernetkabel voor 10 Gigabit, 23 AWG

ShiverPeaks 75720-AS is a CAT 6A S/FTP PIMF network cable designed for reliable wired Ethernet connections up to 10 Gigabit. The cable combines an overall braid or foil screen with individually foil-wrapped pairs and PIMF (pair in metal foil) construction to reduce crosstalk and electromagnetic interference. It is halogen-free, GHMT-certified and supplied in black, length 10.0 m.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding and PIMF pairing provide enhanced protection against external interference and near-end crosstalk, supporting stable high-speed data transmission. CAT 6A specification and 23 AWG conductor size permit reliable performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications. Halogen-free materials reduce harmful emissions in case of fire, and the GHMT certification confirms compliance with relevant testing standards.

Suitable for

• Data centers and server rooms
• Office LANs and structured cabling
• Professional installations requiring low-interference 10 Gigabit links
• Environments where halogen-free cabling is preferred

How to use

Route the cable along cable trays, conduits or patch panels as required by the installation. Terminate both ends with compatible RJ45 connectors or patch plugs rated for CAT 6A S/FTP to preserve shielding continuity. Maintain proper bend radius and avoid tight bends, crushing or sharp edges. Keep cable runs separated from high-voltage power lines where possible to minimize interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use shielded RJ45 connectors and maintain continuous shielding to grounding points. Test final links with a CAT 6A-capable tester to verify performance and certification after installation.
