Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS08-35046 wit 3 m Cat7 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-35046 is a 3 meter Cat7 networking cable with U/UTP shielding designed for high-speed wired connections. Equipped with RJ-45 connectors plated with gold, the cable supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and maintains signal integrity across multi-pair transmissions. The white jacket provides a neutral, unobtrusive appearance suitable for residential or commercial installations.

Advantages

The cable’s Cat7 specification and U/UTP construction offer improved performance and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance. Its 3 m length balances reach and neat installation in typical home and office layouts. The white outer sheath helps the cable blend into light-colored interiors and keeps visible runs tidy.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktops, laptops, or network switches within a room
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers and HD/4K streaming
• Home office setups and small office network links
• Temporary or semi-permanent cabling where a clean aesthetic is desired

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall unshielded with individually shielded pairs)
• Length: 3 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Color: white

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to your network device (router, switch, computer) and the other connector to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and tight kinks; maintain gentle curves and avoid compression under furniture or doors to preserve signal performance. Verify link lights on connected devices to confirm a successful physical connection before testing network throughput.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat7 cable for intra-room connections and short runs where high throughput and low interference are required. Keep the cable away from large electromagnetic sources such as power transformers and heavy-duty electrical wiring. If longer permanent runs are needed, consider structured cabling of appropriate category and shielding to match installation distance and environmental conditions.
