Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75511-0.25M magenta Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75511-0.25M Magenta Cat7 S/FTP is a short, shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed data connections. The cable uses S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain signal integrity and reduce electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

This Cat7 S/FTP cable features gold-plated RJ-45 contacts for stable connections and corrosion resistance. The S/FTP (S-STP) shielding minimizes crosstalk and external interference, supporting consistent performance over the cable length. The 0.25 m length suits compact setups where a short, durable patch cable is needed, and the magenta color helps visually identify the connection.

Suitable for

• Short-range connections between network devices (patching within racks or desktops)
• High-speed internet and local network links requiring shielded cabling
• Setups where cable color coding simplifies identification

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch, network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the paired device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to secure the connection. Use the 0.25 m length for close-proximity patching where minimal cable slack is required.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable. Use the magenta cable for color-coded installations and keep shielded terminations and connected equipment properly grounded to maintain shielding effectiveness.
