Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75511-SL0.25V violet 0,25 m Cat7 U/FTP STP

The ShiverPeaks BS75511-SL0.25V is a 0.25 m Cat7 U/FTP networking cable in violet, designed to provide short-range high-speed connections between network devices. Constructed with shielded twisted pairs and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, the cable supports bandwidths up to 600 MHz and is intended for environments where reduced electromagnetic interference and reliable signal transmission are required.

Advantages

This Cat7 U/FTP cable combines shielded twisted pairs and overall pair shielding to minimize crosstalk and external interference, delivering stable data transfer at high frequencies. The short 0.25 m length reduces signal loss between closely positioned devices. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts improve conductivity and resist corrosion for consistent contact quality. The violet jacket offers visual identification for cable management in dense setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a router or switch to a nearby computer or server
• Short patch connections in network racks and patch panels
• High-bandwidth tasks such as 4K streaming, online gaming, and large file transfers
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference and improved signal integrity

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Cable standard: Category 7 (Cat7)
• Cable shielding: U/FTP (shielded twisted pairs with overall shielding)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Connector contacts: Gold-plated
• Supported bandwidth: up to 600 MHz
• Color: violet

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding network ports of the devices you want to link. Ensure the locking tab clicks into place to secure the connection. Use this short cable for direct device-to-device connections where minimal slack is required; avoid excessive bending near the connector ends. For best performance, connect devices that support high-speed Ethernet standards and verify link speed in the device network settings.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, avoid routing the cable parallel to power lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use the violet color to mark specific links in patch panels or to separate traffic types. In rack setups, keep the cable length short and support strain relief near connectors to prevent damage from repeated movement.
