Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks BS75711-A0.15S zwart 0,15 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75711-A0.15S Black 0.15 m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a short patch cable engineered for stable wired connections in compact setups. Built to the Cat6a standard with S/FTP shielding and fitted with RJ‑45 connectors on both ends, the cable is intended for high-frequency data transmission with reduced electromagnetic interference. Its 0.15 m length and flexible jacket make it suitable for tight spaces behind network switches, patch panels, or desktop devices where minimal slack and tidy routing are required.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding around each twisted pair and an overall foil shield minimize crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity for higher data rates and reliable network performance. The Cat6a specification supports elevated bandwidth compared with lower-category cables, while the short 0.15 m length reduces latency and clutter in dense rack or desktop environments. Standard RJ‑45 connectors ensure broad compatibility with network equipment.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switch ports and adjacent devices
• Cable management in server racks and patch panels with minimal distance
• Desktop or multimedia equipment connections where only a brief link is needed
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair with braided/overall shield)
• Connector type: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45
• Length: 0.15 m
• Color: Black
• Intended use: Patch cable for high-frequency data transmission

How to use

Insert each RJ‑45 connector firmly into the corresponding network port until it clicks. Use the cable to link adjacent ports on switches, patch panels, routers, or networked devices where a short, direct connection is needed. Avoid excessive bending near the connector ends and maintain gentle curves to preserve shielding and internal pair geometry. If used in a rack, route the cable along cable management channels to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short-distance patching in environments with potential electromagnetic interference. Do not exceed recommended bend radius and ensure connectors are free of dust before insertion. For longer runs, select appropriate cable lengths and verify that endpoints and network equipment support Cat6a performance levels.
