Netwerkkabel shiverpeaks Cat.7 U/FTP slank 2,0 m

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable Cat.7 U/FTP slim 2.0m is a two-meter Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in home and office environments. Its slim jacket and U/FTP (foiled twisted pairs with overall unshielded) construction reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference while maintaining flexibility for easy routing behind furniture or through conduits. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs provide stable contact and corrosion resistance for long-term performance.

Advantages

The slim profile simplifies installation in tight spaces without compromising signal integrity. U/FTP shielding supports higher bandwidth and improved noise rejection compared with unshielded cables, making it suitable for demanding network tasks. Gold-plated connectors enhance conductivity and reduce oxidation, supporting consistent connection quality over time.

Suitable for

• Wired connections between routers, switches and networked devices
• Home networking for streaming, gaming and smart devices
• Office workstations and small business networks
• Structured cabling where space is limited or cable management requires slim cables

Key specifications

• Category: Cat.7 performance
• Shielding: U/FTP (each twisted pair foil-shielded)
• Length: 2.0 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cable profile: slim/low-profile jacket for flexible routing
• Conductor type: stranded or solid copper conductors suited for patch and patch-panel use (flexible construction)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network source (router, switch or modem) and the other end to the target device (PC, NAS, smart TV or access point). When routing the cable, avoid sharp bends and pinch points; maintain gentle curves to preserve signal integrity. If running near heavy power cabling or strong EMI sources, maintain separation or use proper cable management to minimize interference. Test the connection after installation to confirm link speed and stability.

Recommendations

For best results in high-bandwidth setups, pair this Cat.7 U/FTP slim cable with compatible network equipment supporting gigabit or multi-gigabit speeds. Keep cable runs within recommended lengths for optimal performance and replace connectors if physical damage is observed. Use cable clips or ties to secure routing without compressing the jacket.
