Netwerkkabel ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP 10m

The ShiverPeaks Cat6 S/FTP 10m networking cable delivers a 10-meter connection with S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair) construction and RJ-45 connectors plated in gold. Designed for installations where reduced interference and consistent signal integrity are important, this white cable is suitable for structured home and office networks that require Gigabit performance and stable data transmission across devices.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding combines foil around each twisted pair with an overall braided shield to minimize electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, supporting more reliable throughput in noisy environments. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact resistance and corrosion resistance for steady connections. The 10 m length provides flexibility for device placement while maintaining a single-cable solution for network, internet, and local data needs.

Suitable for

• Wired Gigabit Ethernet connections between routers, switches, and devices
• Home and office workstation cabling where interference reduction is needed
• Connecting networked printers, NAS devices, smart TVs, and gaming consoles

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding type: S/FTP (individual foil for pairs + overall braid)
• Length: 10 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Color: White
• Intended speed: up to Gigabit Ethernet performance when used in appropriate network setups

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices, ensuring the clip clicks into place. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, sharp edges, or heavy pinching that could damage the internal pairs or shielding. For best performance, keep the cable away from large power cables and sources of electromagnetic noise; if running alongside power lines is unavoidable, maintain separation or use conduit to reduce interference.

Recommendations

For stable Gigabit links, verify that connected devices and intermediate hardware (routers, switches) support Cat6 or higher performance. When installing in permanent runs or conduit, confirm bend radius requirements and ensure proper strain relief at connection points to protect the cable and connectors.
