Netwerkkabel Tecline 15m Cat6 RJ-45 groen U/UTP

The Tecline 15m Cat6 RJ-45 networking cable is a 15-metre U/UTP Cat6 patch cable designed for reliable wired connections between computers, switches, routers and other Ethernet-enabled devices. It supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and is built with RJ-45 connectors compatible with standard network ports. The cable's green outer jacket provides clear visual identification in multi-cable environments and helps organise home or office network installations.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable uses U/UTP shielding to reduce external interference and maintain signal integrity across its 15 m length. The RJ-45 plugs are moulded for secure contact and consistent performance. Constructed to meet typical Cat6 specifications, the cable offers improved bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables, making it suitable for high-speed internet and local area network traffic.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktops, laptops or servers to switches and routers
• Home and small office network cabling
• Setting up wired connections for gaming consoles and smart TVs
• Temporary or permanent patching in structured cabling racks

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 15 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (overall unshielded twisted pair with internal braid/foil absent; designed to reduce interference)
• Connector type: RJ-45 plugs
• Color: Green outer jacket
• Intended use: Ethernet/Gigabit networking

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device until it clicks to ensure a secure connection. Route the 15 m cable to avoid sharp bends and physical stress; maintain a minimum bend radius recommended for Cat6 cables to preserve performance. For patching in racks or wall panels, use cable management accessories to prevent strain on connectors and to keep the run tidy. Verify link activity and speed on connected devices after installation to confirm proper operation.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for short- to mid-length runs within the 15 m distance where high data rates and reduced interference are required. Avoid close parallel runs with high-voltage power lines and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources to maintain optimal signal quality.
