Netwerkkabel UBIQUITI Cat6a U/UTP (UTP) wit 305 m — model UACC-Cable-C6A-CMR

UBIQUITI Cat6a U/UTP (UTP) White 305 m — model UACC-Cable-C6A-CMR is a 305-meter bulk networking cable designed for structured Ethernet installations that require Cat6a performance. The unshielded U/UTP construction with an anti-crosstalk divider provides consistent pair separation and reduced near-end crosstalk, enabling support for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over horizontal runs. The cable jacket is riser (CMR) rated for indoor vertical and horizontal spaces, and the white outer sheath suits installations where a discrete appearance is preferred.

Advantages

This Cat6a cable offers the electrical performance required for high-speed LANs while providing the convenience of a long continuous reel suitable for extended runs without splicing. The unshielded U/UTP design reduces cost and simplifies termination with standard RJ45 connectors and patch panels. The riser-rated jacket meets common building-code requirements for indoor riser spaces and provides a balance between flame resistance and flexibility for installation routing.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet horizontal cabling in offices and data centers
• Long continuous runs where a 305 m reel reduces joins and labor
• Residential or commercial network backbones and horizontal distribution
• Structured cabling projects requiring Cat6a performance with unshielded cable

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Construction: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs, no overall shield)
• Length: 305 m continuous reel
• Jacket rating: Riser (CMR) for indoor vertical/horizontal use
• Color: White outer sheath
• Design features: Anti-crosstalk divider for improved pair separation
• Suitable bandwidth: Supports frequencies and performance typical for 10 GBASE-T applications

How to use

Measure and plan the cable route to allow for pull length and service loops, then cut and terminate using standard Cat6a termination procedures. Use appropriate cable management such as trays, conduits, or raceways to avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile load. Terminate to compatible RJ45 jacks, patch panels and switches rated for Cat6a to ensure end-to-end performance. Test each run with a qualified cable tester for continuity, pair integrity, and insertion loss to verify compliance with installation requirements.

Recommendations

When installing this UBIQUITI Cat6a U/UTP cable, maintain recommended bend radius and pulling tensions, keep the cable separated from power conductors to minimize interference, and perform post-installation certification testing to confirm 10 Gigabit capability over the installed run.
