Netwerkkabel UGREEN Cat6 RJ-45 naar RJ-45 2 m, U/UTP, 250 MHz, 26 AWG, zwart

The Ugreen 20160 RJ-45 Cat6 2m networking cable is a black, U/UTP Cat6 patch cable designed for wired Ethernet connections. At 2 meters long and supporting 10/100/1000Base-T(X) standards, it enables stable data transfer at up to 1000 Mbit/s between network devices. The cable is fitted with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation, and its U/UTP construction helps limit external interference in typical home and office environments.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable combines a standard-compliant cabling technology with a practical length for desk-to-switch or switch-to-router connections. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs ensure consistent electrical contact and reduced signal loss at the connector interface. The U/UTP design provides unshielded twisted pairs with an overall unshielded jacket, delivering a balance of flexibility and interference resistance suitable for most indoor networking setups. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance that integrates with common IT and AV installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops or printers to network switches or wall outlets
• Linking routers and access points to a local network
• Patch connections in home offices, server rooms and small offices
• Connecting gaming consoles or smart TVs to wired Ethernet for stable streaming and lower latency

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Cabling standard: Cat6 (10/100/1000Base-T(X))
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with unshielded jacket)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the latch clicks into place. Use the 2 m length to route between nearby devices such as a computer and a switch, or between a router and an access point. For best performance, avoid tight bending, kinking, or running the cable parallel and close to high-power electrical lines or heavy machinery that may introduce interference. When disconnecting, press the connector latch and gently pull the plug straight out to avoid damaging the connector or port.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 cable for indoor fixed installations and patching where up to Gigabit Ethernet speeds are required. For long runs, environments with strong electromagnetic interference, or where added mechanical protection is necessary, consider using shielded cables or cables with higher performance categories appropriate to the site conditions.
