Netwerkstekker ShiverPeaks 75011-2 Cat. 6 gereedschapsloze RJ45-stekkerverbinder voor ethernetkabels

ShiverPeaks 75011-2 Cat. 6 tool-less RJ45 connector is a compact solution for terminating unshielded twisted-pair Ethernet cables without special tools. The connector is designed to meet Cat.6 performance for Gigabit Ethernet where cable and network conditions allow, and includes an integrated strain relief to reduce cable bending and mechanical stress at the plug interface. Supplied as a set of two, the connector is suitable for quick field terminations, repairs and small office or home network installations.

Advantages

The tool-less design enables fast, repeatable terminations without crimping tools or punch-down fixtures, reducing time on site and simplifying installations. The connector supports Cat.6 wiring arrangements and provides a secure contact interface for consistent signal transmission. Built-in strain relief and a compact housing protect the cable end from sharp bends and provide improved mechanical durability in everyday network use.

Suitable for

• Fast termination of Cat.6 unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cables
• Field repairs and on-site network maintenance
• Small office and home Ethernet wiring projects
• Temporary network setups and test connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ45, tool-less
• Cable category support: Cat.6 (unshielded twisted pair)
• Number of connectors in set: 2
• Termination method: tool-free insertion with integrated contacts
• Mechanical features: integrated strain relief / bend protection
• Application: Gigabit Ethernet capable when used with appropriate cable and equipment

How to use

Strip the outer jacket of the Ethernet cable to the recommended length, align the individual conductors according to the required wiring standard (T568A or T568B), and insert the wires into the connector until they reach the stop. Close the housing or engage the internal retaining mechanism as specified by the connector design to make contact with the conductors. Ensure the integrated strain relief grips the cable jacket and test the terminated connector with a network tester before final installation to verify continuity and pair integrity.

Recommendations

Use the connector with solid 23–24 AWG Cat.6 UTP cable for best electrical performance and verify the wiring scheme (T568A/T568B) before termination. Avoid repeated reconnections that may wear the contact interface; for permanent installations consider standard crimp or keystone termination methods if frequent re-terminations are expected.
