How to use

Place the stapler on a flat, stable surface and align the edge of the paper stack with the stapling head. Press down firmly and evenly on the top to insert a staple through the documents. To reload staples, open the top-loading channel, insert the correct size of staple strip and close the channel until it locks into place. For best results, ensure paper stacks do not exceed the recommended medium-duty capacity and keep the anvil area clear of debris.

Recommendations

Use compatible medium-duty staples and avoid overfilling the stapler to maintain reliable performance. Periodically check and clean the staple channel and anvil to prevent jams. The ColorID finish aids placement and organization but clean with a soft cloth to preserve the surface.
