How to use

Place the papers to be stapled firmly together and align the stapler over the desired fastening point. Press down the ergonomic top until the staple penetrates and clinches the sheets flat. To reload, pull the staple magazine open according to the stapler’s guide, insert a strip of standard staples, and close the magazine until it locks. Position documents and use the stapler on a firm surface for best results.

Recommendations

For reliable stapling, use standard desktop staples of the appropriate length for up to 30 sheets and avoid overloading. Store the stapler in a dry place and periodically check the magazine and anvil for jammed staples; clear jams carefully to prevent damage. When filing or mailing, the flat clinch finish reduces stack thickness and supports neater bundles.
