How to use

Place the U-shaped pillow around the back of the neck so the open part rests under the chin and the curved sections support the sides of the head. Adjust the position to ensure the foam fills the gap between head and shoulders and provides comfortable support without forcing the head forward. Use during travel or while seated to reduce muscle tension and maintain a more neutral head alignment.

Recommendations

For best results, use the pillow during longer journeys or periods of sitting. Remove the cover for washing according to care instructions and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve foam resilience and fabric colour.
