Outdoor zuilluidspreker Omnitronic ODC-224T Wit 2-weg 24 W

Omnitronic ODC-224T White is an outdoor column speaker with a 2-way design and 24 W nominal power. Engineered for outdoor sound reinforcement, this speaker provides intelligible voice reproduction and balanced background music performance. The column format and weather-resistant construction allow flexible mounting on terraces, patios, facades and other exposed locations where directional coverage and unobtrusive design are required.

Advantages

The two-way acoustic design separates low/mid and high frequencies to deliver clearer speech and extended treble for music playback. With a nominal power rating of 24 W, the unit supports continuous background-music levels and public-address announcements without excessive amplification. The white finish and slim column profile enable discreet integration with building facades and outdoor décors. A weather-resistant enclosure and corrosion-resistant fittings increase reliability in outdoor conditions.

How to use

Mount the speaker on a suitable vertical surface using the supplied bracket or a compatible mounting accessory, ensuring the enclosure is securely fastened and oriented toward the listening area for optimal coverage. Connect the speaker to an amplifier or public-address output rated to match the nominal power and impedance of the speaker. Adjust amplifier output levels and equalization for clear speech or balanced background music while avoiding clipping or sustained overdrive.

Recommendations

Install the speaker at an appropriate height and angle to achieve even coverage across the target area, and use multiple units spaced evenly for larger areas. Ensure weatherproof cable routing and corrosion-resistant connectors are used for long-term outdoor reliability. For consistent sound levels, set amplifier gain conservatively and verify performance at typical ambient noise levels.
