The smooth glass interior is easy to clean and resists staining and odours, while the lid provides spill protection and stackable storage.

• Preparing and storing marinated dishes in the refrigerator
• Serving food directly at the table
• Transporting prepared dishes to events with the lid fitted

Key specifications

• Material: clear glass body with removable plastic lid
• Shape: rectangular
• Usable volume: approximately 3.85 litres
• Surface: smooth, non-porous glass interior
• Colours: transparent glass, typically a neutral-coloured lid

How to use

Preheat the oven according to your recipe and place the prepared food into the glass baking dish. Do not transfer from freezer directly into a preheated oven; allow frozen items to thaw to reduce thermal shock. Use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves when handling the hot dish. The plastic lid is intended for storage and transport; remove the lid before placing the dish in a hot oven. After use, allow the glass to cool to room temperature before washing to avoid sudden temperature changes.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, avoid sudden temperature extremes (for example, do not place a hot dish onto a cold wet surface). Confirm lid compatibility with dishwasher cycles and avoid high-heat dishwasher settings for the plastic lid. To protect surfaces, set the hot baking dish on a trivet or heat-resistant mat when serving.
