OWC Thunderbolt 4 bedrade dock zwart grijs 3,5 mm ethernet 1000 Mbit/s

The OWC Thunderbolt 4 Wired Dock (Black/Grey) expands connectivity for M1 Macs, Thunderbolt 3 Macs, and Thunderbolt 4 PCs. This dock provides multiple Thunderbolt (USB-C) and USB ports, an SD card slot, a combo 3.5mm audio jack, and Gigabit Ethernet to reduce cable clutter and integrate portable drives, displays, and peripherals into a single workspace. It supports up to 90W power delivery to a host computer and offers compatibility with current and future Thunderbolt/USB4 devices.

Advantages

The dock delivers a compact multiport solution with three Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports, one front Thunderbolt 4 with up to 90W computer power delivery, three USB 3 Type-A ports (10Gb/s), one USB 2.0 Type-A high-power charging port (BC 1.2), SD card reader, combo audio in/out jack, and Gigabit Ethernet. It supports single high-resolution displays or dual 4K setups depending on the host, allows connecting multiple bus-powered SSDs directly, and offers a tree-branch connection topology to remove devices without breaking other chains. The Dock Ejector software helps safely disconnect multiple drives.

Install OWC Dock Ejector software to safely disconnect multiple drives before unplugging.

Recommendations

For best results, confirm your computer’s display capabilities and Thunderbolt/USB4 support to ensure intended monitor configurations. Place bus-powered drives on the dock’s ports to maximise performance, and consider using OWC ClingOn cable stabilizers (sold separately) in high-traffic workspaces to secure USB-C connections.
