How to use

Place the saucepan on a compatible hob (gas, electric, ceramic or induction). Use low to medium heat settings for most cooking tasks to preserve the non-stick coating and achieve even heating through the cast aluminium body and stainless steel base. Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to avoid scratching the interior surface. The multifunctional glass lid allows monitoring of the food without lifting; it can also be rested on the pot’s edge to collect drips and prevent hob soiling.

Recommendations

Clean the saucepan after use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool. Do not use the pan at permanently high temperatures or under a direct flame beyond the pan edge to protect the non-stick coating. Follow manufacturer instructions for safe handling of bakelite handles and the glass lid.
