Papiercassette Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C869RDTWF 500-vel cassette, 270×725 mm

Replacement 500-sheet paper cassette for the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C869RDTWF. This tray accepts standard paper sizes within its 270×725 mm footprint and increases paper capacity to reduce the frequency of manual reloads. The unit is designed for reliable feeding and straightforward installation to maintain continuous operation in busy office environments and shared workgroups.

Advantages

The 500-sheet cassette extends paper capacity to support high-volume print jobs and lowers interruptions for refilling. Its consistent paper feeding minimizes misfeeds and helps preserve print quality by maintaining proper alignment. The cassette is engineered for compatibility with the specified Epson WorkForce Pro model and is sized to fit the printer’s paper path without modification.

Suitable for

• Departments and offices with frequent large print runs
• Workgroups that require longer unattended printing periods
• Environments where reducing paper refill interruptions improves workflow
• Administrators who need a quick, tool-free paper capacity upgrade

Key specifications

• Tray dimensions (W × D): 270 × 725 mm
• Compatible printer series: Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C869RDTWF
• Supported paper types: plain paper, recycled paper, light cardstock within printer limits

How to use

Remove the existing cassette (if present) and slide the replacement 500-sheet tray into the printer until it locks into place. Fan and align paper before loading to reduce static and misfeeds, then set the paper guides to the paper size used. Confirm the paper size and tray selection on the printer control panel or driver settings so the device recognises the added capacity and adjusts feed parameters accordingly.

Recommendations

Store paper in a dry, dust-free environment and avoid overfilling the cassette. Use recommended paper weights and types for the WF-C869RDTWF to ensure reliable feeding. When loading large quantities, periodically check alignment and condition of the paper stack to prevent jams and maintain consistent print performance.
